Summary of Essential Job Duties

The program/project coordinator is responsible for driving ongoing improvement efforts in support of the center’s clinical workflow and operational needs. The program/project coordinator will communicate improvement ideas and recommendations to a wide range of audiences including chairs, medical directors, operational leaders, and their peers. The Program/Project coordinator will prepare presentation and data, including workflow mapping, productivity metrics and trends for leadership and stakeholders. They will also develop SOPs and maintain a repository for up-to-date job-aids, best practices, and workflow guides. Additionally, the program/project coordinator will collaborate with vendors and cross functional teams to grow efficiencies across workflows and our digital systems.


Requirements

Bachelor's degree in health care, business administration, leadership, or related field Required

Master's degree preferred

  • 2 years of progressive administrative or strategic project support required
  • 3 years of organizational program or project coordination/support; utilizing program/project management and development procedures preferred
  • Strong computer literacy comprised of a working knowledge of Windows or comparable operating system. Must possess advance knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, presentation development, e-mail, browsers, repository management, and online reporting. Must have solid experience with Redcap, Tableau, or comparable data visualization platforms.
